We offer returns for 30 days. We ask that the items be unworn and unwashed. To process a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know it has been processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
If you need to exchange a purchase for a different reference or size, we will do our best to find you the item you require, however please note it depends upon availability.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Monogrammed items may not be exchanged or returned.
Due to the natural character of our fabrics, color variations are common and valued as an intrinsic characteristic.
