Policies


We offer returns for 30 days. We ask that the items be unworn and unwashed. To process a return, email us at returns@baliene.com.  When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know it has been processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a purchase for a different reference or size, we will do our best to find you the item you require, however please note it depends upon availability.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at hello@baliene.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note if you had free shipping and your order ends up being less than US$ 150 we will deduct US$ 15 flat fee - processing fee.

 

Monograms

Monogrammed items may not be exchanged or returned.
